CASE STUDY: KIMBERLY-CLARK

Kimberly-Clark is a customer we are rightly proud of. We work for several of their brands (including Depend and Huggies) and in different countries. We have developed several campaigns for them in which we worked out a smart marketing strategy, which we executed using media and mailing.

Since 2015, Depend has conducted a direct B2C campaign strategy. This strategy aims to inform (orientating) consumers about products, to give more product knowledge and ultimately to convince them to finalise their purchase via the webshop.

At the start of our partnership, we jointly developed the customer journey for the different brands during the so-called ‘brown paper workshops’. Then we translated this journey into smart contact strategies. We first aimed to reach the customer through media, then we followed up with targeted and informative email marketing. We used Deployteq  to execute this strategy. Using this campaign management system, we connected email marketing to the customer flow sample request including satisfaction measurement.

We take care of the complete media strategy and procurement, with a broad focus on Google Adwords, Display and Shopping, Facebook, Ligatus and affiliate marketing. We run a continuous program with regular specific campaigns for the brands.

In order to provide Kimberly-Clark with quick insight into the results of these campaigns, we have developed a Klipfolio dashboard with standardised metrics in various countries. This KPI dashboard combines website statistics and sales information.
