CASE STUDY: THE GLASS STORY

We were hired to give our thoughts on Optitrade Retailgroup’s new retail formula The Glass Story. A strategic phase followed, with Optitrade and Clever collaborating intensively towards translating the formula into a long-term online strategy.

We developed the complete digital strategy for this unique formula for independent opticians. We teamed up to work on a UX prototype and then translated SVT’s brand positioning into a website design. The Glass Story really approaches its target group bij approaching consumers from different lifestyle perspectives. Even the range of products is presented in terms of lifestyles.

By using local Google Display, Facebook and look-a-like campaigns, we created a large amount of traffic to the website, with the ultimate goal of creating conversion to the stores. Visitors to the website were given the opportunity to make an online appointment for the store. We continuously monitor and adjust the effects of media deployment. Only in this way do we achieve optimal return on the investment.
