Q1905 – UNIQUE DUTCH CLOTHING AND SPORTS BRAND

Q1905 is a traditional Dutch clothing brand with a rich sports history. It started out in 1905 as the sports brand Quick and is now better known as Q1905. Clever Strategy started a challenging, intensive collaboration with the experienced owner and employees of Q1905. We focused on a well-founded program aimed at performance. This kind of collaboration makes our marketing heart beat faster! Clever Strategy is responsible for the entire operation of the Q1905 webshop and its marketing. A multifaceted challenge in which all aspects of the marketing profession come into play!

WEBSHOP MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION

Our Clever Shops department is responsible for the management of the entire Q1905 webshop, using the Lightspeed system. Using the insights we gain from our data, we ensure further development of the website. We optimise the content of the webshop with conversion optimization as the main goal.

We advise and offer help in creating images for the website, emails and media and we also write all textual content based on organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

MEDIA COMMITMENT

In addition to developing the webshop, we are also tasked with the procurement of online media for Google SEA, Google Shopping and Facebook Advertising. We ensure optimisation through liquid media, and the performance is constantly monitored in order to achieve the highest possible result.

EMAIL MARKETING AND MARKETING AUTOMATION CAMPAIGNS

Clever Strategy has designed an email template for Q1905, and we’ve also provided total email marketing and marketing automation campaigns using Canopy Deploy. Three times a week we carry out the design, implementation and distribution of the newsletters. We have also set up a so-called “enrichment campaign” with which we can send segmented emails based on profiles.

DATA ANALYSIS

Making analyses is an important part of our collaboration. Using a specially developed KPI dashboard we keep a close eye on revenues and targets. Based on these results, we develop new plans and can improve the results even further in the future. This way we always work on growth for optimal results.

EVENTS AND CHARITY

In addition to the basic activities, we are also happy to help with the marketing for events, charities, etc. This also applies to the Groot Hart Foundation, for which Clever designed the t-shirt design.
