CASE STUDY: TOTAL

Loyalty programmes: as consumers we can get fed up with them, but for marketing experts they can provide a wealth of valuable information. We started working on Total’s Loyalty Programme in collaboration with Touch Incentive Marketing.

You can choose to collect free credits when you fill your gas tank at a Total station. You can use those credits to buy gifts at the TOTAL Club web shop. That is what the Loyalty Programme is all about. But clients need an incentive to do so.

In collaboration with Touch Incentive Marketing we work on Total’s Loyalty Programme. E-mail marketing plays a big role here. We applied campaign management system Clang and we developed templates for newsletters. We also fill out these newsletters for Total. We analyze the results on a quarterly basis and we advise Total and Touch Incentive Marketing on how to make optimal use of the programme. View the website at total.nl
