CASE STUDY: LACTACYD

Lactacyd offers intimate hygiene products for women of all ages. But young girls struggle with different questions than middle aged women in their menopause. The challenge here was to match the right content with every individual customer. We did this by creating an intelligent website that differentiates between visitors and shows only content relevant to the viewer.

Young girls don’t want to see content about pregnant women, nor the other way around. Lactacyd wanted to do something about that. The organization was also in the middle of a transition to a new design and therefore also a new packaging for their products. They needed a new website that would cater to different viewers and their stages of life, and the corresponding difference in use of intimate hygiene products. Now, the website shows specific content to each user, based on their profile. The profile is established by analyzing the visitor’s behaviour on the website, and the content is customized accordingly.
